Admiral MULLEN came on Utah Beach

On October the 5th 2009, Admiral Michael MULLEN, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), came during a private tour on the Utah Beach site. As the CJCS, l'Admiral MULLEN is the highest ranking officer in the united states armed forces. He was with Captain CARPENTER Naval Officer attached to the american Ambassy in France. He wanted to see the US NAVY monument to pay tribute to the navy soldiers. He concluded his journey by a visit in the Utah Beach Museum.
